By downloading, installing, or using NeatMind Cleaner (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NeatMind Cleaner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of the App

NeatMind Cleaner is a cleaning and optimization service designed to improve your device's performance by identifying and cleaning unnecessary files, such as duplicates, cached data, and large files. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not disrupt or interfere with the App's functionality or security features.
• Not use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App, or interfere with any other user's ability to use the App.

3. User Permissions

To provide cleaning and optimization features, NeatMind Cleaner may request access to certain functions of your device, including:

• Storage: To access files and clean up unnecessary or duplicate files.
• Photos: To detect and clean duplicate or unnecessary photos and videos.
• Contacts: To clean and organize your contacts list.
• Calendar: To clean up unnecessary events or reminders.

You are in control of all permissions and can manage or revoke them at any time via your device's settings.

4. Account Registration

While NeatMind Cleaner does not require user registration to use the basic features, you may have the option to register for an account to access premium features or to sync your data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

5. Subscription and Payment

NeatMind Cleaner offers both free and premium subscription options. Premium features are available through a subscription plan, which may be renewed automatically based on the selected subscription type.

• Subscription Plans: You may choose from weekly, monthly, or annual subscription plans.
• Payment: Payment for the premium subscription is processed through the Apple App Store and subject to the payment terms outlined by Apple.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may periodically update the App to improve functionality, add new features, or fix bugs. By continuing to use the App after updates are made, you agree to the new Terms of Use and any modifications.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

NeatMind Cleaner is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data, financial losses, or damages arising from your use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using NeatMind Cleaner:

• Data Scraping: Using automated systems to collect data from the App without permission.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile the App.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in any activity that could harm other users or the App itself.
• Illegal Activities: Using the App to engage in illegal activities, including fraud, hacking, or the distribution of harmful software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NeatMind Cleaner if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in abusive behavior, or use the App for illegal purposes. In the event of termination, your access to the App will be immediately revoked, but the Terms of Use will remain in effect for any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

When we update these Terms, we will notify you within the App and update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after the updates will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
